Terms of usage
1. Terms of usage between Hotfeets.com referred as online shop and the customer. The policy which is used during contract conclusion is valid. Paragraphs which may be not valid don´t affect the terms of usage overall. The paragraphs which are not valid are replaced by a conclusion which suits best for both sides.2. The policy become affective in case a customer submits an order. The customer agrees to the terms of usage and closes a contract with Hotfeets.com. The online shop delivers orders to the terms mentioned in this policy. Hotfeets.com is not responsible for force majeure or third party acts.
3. All sold articles are property of Hotfeets.com until complete payment is fullfilled.
4.Pricing / Delivery. All articles in the online shop are included with tax. Additional costs are provided to all articles which were delivered with a postal service. The additional fee depends on country of destination and weight of the article.
In case of downloadable articles providing the download link hotfeets.com comply with the delivery requirements mentioned in the policy. The customer is responsible to specify his correct e-mail address.
5. Guarantee. For downloadable articles no guarantee is provided. In case of faults and imperfections hotfeets.com provides a onetime rectification of defects. All other media are provided with a 14 days guarantee. A guarantee in case of content faults is not provided. The customer committed to check his delivery if any faults clearly visible and report them to hotfeets.com via e-mail within seven days. Reports provided after this period are not valid and no guarantee will be given. The rights of guarantee comply with the law in germany.
6. Copyright. All content on this website is copyrighted. The customer doesn´t acquire ownership or digital copyright on the media he bought. Hotfeets.com only provides a right to use the media to his own private pleasure. The customer committed not to copy, reproduce, alter or broadcast the content he bought.
Offenses against this paragraph will be prosecuted by law. Hotfeets.com determines amount of dispute of 500 Euro per picture and 1500 Euro per minute video.
7. Privities of contract. In all legal questions the rights of the federal republic of germany are effective. Court of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf, germany.
8. Privacy policy. Referring to §28 BDSG all data will be kept private. Only in case of payment your data will be provided to third party institutions (Credit institutes).
